Materials required for your project are estimated and included in your estimate whenever possible. Materials purchased by The Handy Brit are charged at the actual purchase price plus a 30% procurement and handling fee. This covers the time and expense involved in sourcing, purchasing, transporting and handling project materials.
We will make every reasonable effort to match existing fixtures, hardware, colors and finishes. However, due to limited local availability and manufacturer variations, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. If a specific replacement is required, please provide clear photographs and, when available, the manufacturer, model and/or part number.
