Would you like to own a custom Table?

Here’s a custom table that I built from scratch. The custom table is completely customizable and could be round, square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal or similar shaped top. The legs can be any length to accommodate an appropriate height for the tables use.

Custom table top

A single piece of 2″ x 4″ x 8′ Lumber is cut to create the custom table top.  Gluing and screwing together ensures a totally secure surface. Once the glue dries the wood is cut into a circle using a special jig and a table saw. The round top is sanded to a smooth finish, imperfections smoothed with wood putty, before finishing with several coats of polyurethane.

Table legs

Using three straight pieces of steel welded together to form the legs into a stylish tripod.  The legs are made in a number of ways to accommodated any style, height or size.  The tripod is the ideal choice as it  will never wobble on an uneven surface.

This particular table is going to be a gift for a local group that I’m a member of. However I’m thinking about possibly selling these as a custom item. If your interested in the table I could custom make it to your specifications:

• Select a size or number of seats for larger tables.
• Choose a Finish, natural, stained, painted, untreated etc
• Decide on a height
• Choose a style and color for the legs.

I would create a pricing guide based on the options.

Let me know if you think they would sell and where would be a good place to sell them. I thought about Etsy but other then buying some custom wine glasses for our anniversary, I don’t know much about the site. Can anyone offer some feedback or another good place to sell custom items.
